As we strive to support the expansive growth of our community and decrease barriers to quality healthcare, we are reaching out to our community for support. We welcome donations from small to large, and even very large, to help us create new locations and facilities. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for all in Grand County. We are extremely grateful for any and every donation towards this cause. Please ask yourself, "What can I give to make a positive impact on the healthcare of our community?"

  • Raise $5 million of the $30 million total project cost.
  • Funds raised will ensure that Middle Park Health's current healthcare services to the community continue to flourish in the short and long term.
  • Gifts of any amount are helpful and appreciated. In-kind donations are happily accepted as well.
