Our community cannot expand, develop, and thrive at the current pace without healthcare being a part of the equation. We are reaching out to the community for help keep our healthcare up with the aggressive growth we are experiencing. We are seeking donations form very small to very large, donations should depend on what you are getting from this community and what you can give. We are extremely grateful for any and every donation to this project and our mission.

Naming rights available at Middle Park Health Fraser Campus:
- Fraser Medical Campus Building - $1,500,000.
- Ground Floor - $750,000.
- Second Floor - $750,000.
- Emergency Department - $200,000.
- Inpatient Care Unit - $200,000.
- Imaging Department - $150,000.
- Lab and Radiology Department - $150,000.
- Maintenance Department - $75,000
- Conference Room - $75,000
- Lobby - $75,000
- Fireplace - $75,000
- Helicopter Pad - $30,000
- Rooms (15 available) - $30,000.
- Benches and Landscaping (5 available) - $3,000.
Donor Recognition Tiers
Donations of $3,000 or more will be recognized on our donor wall that will be located in the lobby of the new medical campus.
*Mountain Top -$100,000.
*Tree Line - $75,000.
*Forrest - $25,000.
Meadow - $3,000.
