We are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that is the fundraising arm for Middle Park Health, which serves the medical needs of Grand, Jackson, and Parts of Summit Counties. Our mission is to advance and sustain quality healthcare in support of Middle Park Health and our rural mountain communities through donations, volunteerism, scholarships, and other philanthropic means.
